Different classes being offered in FITNESOLUTION.
Fitnesolution is best fitness centre in New Delhi. At Fitnesolution Combination Classes offer balance, cross training and increased interest. Everybody is a Gift. FITNESOLUTION has following versatile modules to offer. Each day of the week & month is going to be a different & varied experience. Something you would have never experienced before. If you want to choose a particular session, you will have to opt for personal training with prior appointment. Group classes will have most of the following variety.

Fitnesolution will regularly do assessment of weight, body composition, inches, flexibility & muscle endurance. These will be a part of personal training & for group class a separate fee of Rs. 500/- for consultation & evaluation will be charged. Strictly on prior appointment basis.
How do I get started?
Before beginning any new exercise program, Fitnesolution recommends that you check with your physician. You must inform us about any medical condition beforehand. Register at the reception by paying for your chosen session & timing. Arrive 10 minutes before your class. Only appropriate workout gear will be allowed. A good aerobic shoe is highly recommended. You can also bring your own water bottle &towel.
In case you want to attend a session in timing other than what you have registered for, you can do so at your own risk. But first preference for the use of equipment will be given to the people who have registered for a particular session. You will be taken as a standby in case of cancellations. No more than 15 people will be allowed for equipment-oriented class.

Charges- Rs.2000/- a month group class- Monday- Friday
Rs. 12,000/- a month personal training four times a weeK
